90 MINUTE MEDITATION COACHING SESSION
Most people spend a lifetime learning to master Meditation, but that doesn’t mean that with some simple guidance you can’t drastically improve the benefits and overall Meditation experience in a relatively short amount of time.

In this one on one coaching session, conducted via ZOOM, Lalita Lowe will take you though her 5 step process to creating a lasting and sustainable Meditation practice. We will discuss each section in detail and how it relates to you and what you want to get out of your own practice, understanding the things that may derail you, creating the right routines and rituals and more.
This 90 minute Meditation Coaching session is ideal for any level of Meditator. Lalita can offer practical advice and inspirational advice to anyone looking to get the most out of their Meditation practice
