Our health has an impact on every aspect of our life including Meditation.
Lately, I have been incorporating more fruit into my life and am noticing so much more energy. I have also noticed that I am more hydrated, and my skin feels more supple.
For many years I have followed the principles of Ayurveda ( The Indian version of Chinese medicine) and have found that they maintain my health and keep my energy high.
The simplest things are the most powerful.
Turmeric is a spice regularly used in Ayurveda and is shown in scientific studies to have numerous and potent health benefits. Here is a video about Turmeric.

As part of including more fruit in my life, I have been making a simple juice every morning and instantly feel a burst of energy which continues throughout the day.
It's a simple juice but has so much power.
This power juice has:
- Orange
- Turmeric
- Ginger
In the recipe below I leave out the garlic, but if you feel a cold coming on it's worth including.
I have a fantastic slow press juicer at home and am so grateful to be able to take it out to make this health shot every day.
