Science Shows Us the Key to Personal Change

Does it ever feel like a habit or lifestyle has it's hold on you?

I have certainly felt that way. But science shows us how the brain and habits work If can take the view of an observer, summon up a little courage and bit by bit begin to focus on something new and out of the norm. It is possible to create a new way of being.
